Hacker Board Kit V0.1 (Black)

$19.00

The Hacker Board is designed to fit on the lower area of the Core64 V0.8 Logic Board. It is not directly compatible with earlier versions of Core64, or any version of Core64c. It enables the opportunity to replace the standard Pico W in the Core64 V0.8 Kit with another CPU or microcontroller that you bring to the party. You can mount the microcontroller on the Hacker Board and route the IO as you see fit. Or you can route the IO to an external control system of your choosing.

All of the holes on the Core64 Logic Board and the Hacker Board are on a 0.1” (2.54mm) grid spacing. You do not need this board to hack or modify the Core64, it is offered as a convenience so you can swap it in and out.

INCLUDED IN THIS KIT*

  • 1x Hacker Board

  • 1x SAO socket

  • 4x male and female header sets with 40 positions at 0.1” spacing

* 6502 and Core64 not included.

INSTRUCTIONS

Two pairs of M/F sets are used to connect to User Port A and B (each requiring 30 pins). Two more pairs are used to socket the Pico W (each requiring 20 pins). This leaves plenty of extra M/F pin/socket sets left for your creativity. The SAO socket can be installed on this board or the Core Matrix Board.
